Irish Centre for Diversity awards Roche Investors in Diversity - Bronze accreditation.
Roche has received the Investors in Diversity - Bronze accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity. This serves as recognition for the organisation's efforts in building a strong foundation enabling our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to begin embedding DEI into wider affiliate activities.
The organisation went through a full audit of policies and procedures to receive this accreditation and is a first of its kind achievement for Roche.
